Adam Berlin
President
A Colorado resident since 1981 and an avid outdoors-man, Adam first got into construction to help pay his way through college at Colorado State University. He started out on a crew painting houses and worked his way into becoming a talented and highly experienced home remodeler. To date, Adam has been in construction and remodeling work for over 20 years. His goal is to find out the specific nature and long-term needs of his client’s home remodeling projects. He helps homeowners make ideal decisions to meet their desires while respecting their return of investment.
Adam says, “My greatest reward in being in this business is seeing the end result, especially the smiles on my client’s faces!”
Kelly Berlin
Vice-President
Kelly became Co-Owner of Maverick Home Remodeling, Inc. in 2004 and handles all Administrative and Marketing Services for the company. With years of mortgage industry experience, Kelly understands the importance of real estate ROI. In addition to loving what she does, Kelly has developed several businesses and has worked extensively in Human Resources. She is experienced in working with industrial and construction clients.
A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications, Kelly believes in “renewing lives by renewing the home” and making client’s visions a reality.
Krista Obney
Administrative Assistant
Krista was born and raised on the west coast with roots in the southwest desert in California, Arizona and Nevada. She has been a Colorado resident since 1996.She was intrigued by automotive and mechanical aspects of all things at an early age and started her pursuit of automotive passions working for Firestone as a Service Manager and as a Service Writer. After she raised her kids, she went back to work for an Employee Benefits company with heavy emphasis on customer service, customer satisfaction and operations with a side of IT. Krista’s family lives in Littleton and enjoys her neighbors, and community. She has always been in the construction industry through the influence of family members, so she is well versed in what it takes to be the best in the remodeling industry. Krista is the manager of her home that includes her dearly beloved husband of 22 years,2 adult children and 2 cats. Krista’s passion is Pilates, Red Rocks volunteer work, cooking, mountain bike riding and working on cars in her spare time.
Matthew “Matt” Kientz
Production Manager
Matt started with Maverick in 2014 as a Remodeling Project Manager and came to the company with a degree in Business from Kansas State University and a background in financial services. As the company grew, Matt moved into the Production Manager position to help build up the Production Department to support the company’s goals through a system that produces superior remodeling projects on-time, on-budget, accident free and with happy customers.
Paul Moore
Project Manager
Paul was born in Lakewood, Colorado and as a native he enjoys snowboarding, hunting and fishing. Paul started his construction career during summers while he was at Bear Creek High School. After graduating with a B.A. in Business Management from Fort Lewis College, he opened his own construction company specializing in residential home remodeling where he built home from the ground up. Paul is married with a son, two dogs and currently lives in Littleton, Colorado.
Nick Ehler
Project Manager
Nick was born in Indiana and moved to Colorado as a child with his family. As a youngster, Nick always showed interest in home renovations and that passion grew with him into his adult years. He has worked alongside his brother buying houses and restoring them to their full potential. Nick brings 15 years of experience to Maverick and with that experience comes enthusiasm, drive, integrity and knowledge that ensures a beautifully completed project.
Nick currently lives in Littleton and can’t imagine living anywhere else. In his leisurely time, Nick enjoys snowboarding, golf and camping with his family.
