Join us in welcoming Chase Babcock into the Maverick Home Remodeling, Inc. family! Chase joins us as our new Project Manager.
Chase was born in Highlands Ranch, Colorado where he grew up playing lacrosse, football, and enjoyed building different projects in his spare time. Chase graduated in 2020 from Colorado Mesa University with a BA in Science. After graduation he moved back to Denver to continue his passion for learning and worked for a General Contracting company where he was able to learn more about construction and what it takes to build. He then moved on to continue to learn more about sales at Eagle Rock Distributing where he was an Account Manager. He lives with his roommate, girlfriend, and 3 dogs. His passions outside of construction are teaching his girlfriend and friends how to fly fish, spending time with his family, and duck hunting. We asked Chase 10 questions so you can get to know him as well as we have!
Where are you originally from?
Highlands Ranch, CO
What is your favorite food and why?
Swedish pancakes because my dad used to make them for us most Sundays as a kid. I can also make a mean batch of them myself now.
What is your favorite color and why?
Blue because it’s the earliest color I can remember saying was my favorite as a kid.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love to spend my time fly fishing, camping, playing golf, playing disc golf, and when I have the time / material, I enjoy building different projects.
What is your favorite thing to do in Colorado and why?
My favorite thing to do in Colorado is fly fish because there is nothing like the adrenaline and pure joy that comes with catching a fish on a fly rod. It also serves as a sort of therapy that allows me to do something I truly love while getting the reset my mind needs from time to time.
What is your favorite local business and why?
I would say my favorite local business would be Home Depot because I just feel like a kid in a candy store.
Why do you like home remodeling?
I like home remodeling because I love to build things as well as see a project from start to finish. It gives me a sense of purpose and pride to build something beautiful that someone will appreciate every time they set foot in it.
What’s your favorite room in a home and why?
I would have to say my favorite room in the house is the kitchen because growing up that is where my family would gather to talk and be with each other.
What is your favorite tool to use when working on a home remodel and why?
I am not sure I could say I had a favorite tool to use but if I had to choose just one I think it would be pro press because it amazes me every time the jaws go around the fitting and close down with 10,000 pounds of force.
What’s one piece of advice you would give a homeowner who is looking to remodel their home?
One piece of advice I would give a homeowner is find the right home remodeling business. There is no comparison to a company who is invested in the job as much as you are because they will do everything in their power to get the job done correctly and on time.
What does our tagline, “Renew Your Home, Renew Your Life” mean to you?
I would go back to what I said previously that it gives me pride to help a homeowner achieve that dream of creating a home that they absolutely love and will appreciate every time they set foot in it.
Welcome Chase!
