If you hadn’t heard quite yet, we’re celebrating 20 years in business! To help celebrate, we thought it would be a good idea to share some of our team’s favorite home remodeling projects. But before we do, we want to take a moment to say thank you.
Throughout our 20 years in business we’ve completed hundreds of home remodeling projects across the southwest metro Denver area with the bulk of our home renovations in Ken Caryl and Littleton, Colorado. What has kept us thriving is the trust and respect of our repeat and referring customers. To us, there is no better compliment than a returning customer or a customer who refers their friends or family to us. Over the years, we have become many families’ personal home remodeling contractor - a tribute that we feel truly speaks to the value of our work. It is an absolute honor to remodel a parent’s home and then handle their children’s home renovation years later.

An Exquisite Whole House Remodel
We LOVE this much needed whole house renovation located on Pinehurst Country Club's golf course. This home was unoccupied during the remodel, which made it more convenient for both our team and the customer. For this remodel we reconfigured the 2nd level making a gorgeous master suite along with a private guest room and bathroom. The customer was an absolute delight to work with and their design choices were quite exquisite.
18 Projects and Counting
You’ve seen the television show 19 Kids and Counting? Well, this is our version of that show. We have been this family's remodeling company for over 12 years and we have absolutely loved transforming their home. In this Barrington Ridge home of Ken-Caryl, we have remodeled every interior room as well as outdoor spaces including a new deck, new swim spa, new outdoor kitchen and new firepit. We adore the owners of this home and feel we have become part of their family. Adam Berlin has even helped them out in a pinch to pick up their dogs from the kennel when returning home from a trip!
For the Love of Italy
This customer loves traveling in Italy. But let’s be honest, who doesn’t love traveling to Italy? The history, the food, the espresso - forget about it! Since their love of Italy runs deep, we collectively decided that a remodel inspired by their Italian experiences and their love for wine country was essential. And, they are the most fun folks we have ever worked with! When you like wine, everything is fine!
