As we celebrate the month of Thanksgiving, we’d like to take a minute to show our gratitude for being able to continue operations during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. It has been our great honor to continue serving our community to help make their space more comfortable, more peaceful and more functional as well as support our employees and trade contractors.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we asked our team to share their favorite Thanksgiving recipes for you to enjoy at your very own gathering. It is our hope that our recipes bring you the same warmth and love they bring us.
We wish everyone a gracious and plentiful Thanksgiving.
Kelly Berlin loves to make homemade pies from her very own pumpkin garden! Her standard Thanksgiving pies are pumpkin, pecan and fruit (usually apple). Always curious, Kelly tries a new filling recipe every year. But, she feels the pie crust is key and always uses Martha Stewart’s "pâte brisée" recipe.

Adam Berlin has many favorites but his most favorite is Kelly’s Pecan Pie. Using the same pie crust recipe from above, Kelly focuses on a specific Bourbon and Orange Pecan Pie recipe. Although to satisfy Adam’s palate, she omits the grated orange zest. If you like orange, leave it in as it adds flare!

Matt Kientz loves these delicious Grandma Goldie Bars! Click here to enjoy the recipe!
Nick Ehler enjoys his very own smoked / fried turkey recipe! See below:
Brine turkey for 24 hours in salt peppercorn brine
Smoke turkey for about an hour at 200 degrees fahrenheit
Fry turkey to about 186 degrees fahrenheit
Pull wrap and rest for about an hour in a cooler
Cut, serve, celebrate!
