Remodeling Advice from a Project Manager

This month we asked our Project Manager, Paul Moore, what advice he has for homeowners when doing a remodeling project.  In true form, Paul's advice reflects good old fashion adage. Communication is key, mindset matters, and patience is a virtue.

How To Prepare Your Home For Your Vacation

With spring break and summer vacations approaching, there’s no time like the present to start planning your family getaway! If you’re fortunate enough to be able to travel, planning ahead has tremendous benefits, from saving you money to giving you more options to limiting the stress of the last-minute scramble. We’re here to remind you that no matter the length of your travels, it’s vital to always prepare your home for an extended leave.

In the midst of frantically packing, it's easy to forget obvious things. Take time now to safeguard your house, your pets, plants, and your belongings while you’re off jet-setting.

Featured Remodel #2112 by Project Manager, Paul Moore

Not all home construction projects are created equally! Some are quick and easy, like a kitchen backsplash or wallpaper removal; others, not so much. Recently, we completed a home remodeling project, #2112, which happens to fall in the latter category. This home remodel consisted of a kitchen remodel, a fireplace facelift, family and dining room updates, a master bathroom remodel, an additional window installation, and a laundry room addition in the unfinished basement. Whew! Quite the remodel - Challenge accepted! Read below about the journey we took to help these homeowners realize their exact vision.
