A Littleton, Colorado Gem
This home renovation in Littleton, Colorado, consisted of a full main level remodel which included the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, fireplace renovation, laundry room, and an upgraded powder room.
The kitchen in this home is much bigger now and sits between the dining room and family room. To activate both spaces, we installed two peninsulas with allowable seating and a gorgeous granite countertop edge with a waterfall design. We also raised the ceiling in the kitchen as it was originally dropped. To do this, we pushed all the plumbing up into the ceiling allowing for the room to take the ceiling from 7 feet to 8 feet, allowing for the same height to run all the way through. Additionally, we incorporated the dining space into the kitchen and created a wall of cabinetry where the old dining room sat. Who doesn’t love more storage? The kitchen also got updated cabinetry, appliances, and more.

From Old to New
Home remodels aren’t always about removing walls. This kitchen renovation consisted of keeping the same footprint and modernizing the space with new cabinets, new appliances, tile work, recessed lighting and more. Oftentimes, changes to these elements can make a space look entirely new.
Located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center
This home renovation, located in the heart of the DTC, was also a full main level remodel. Our team masterfully renewed the kitchen, dining room, master bathroom, and provided upgrades throughout the entire main level of this home. This remodel, designed by our friends at Denver Design Group, is STUNNING.

A True Open-Concept Remodel
This home remodeling project in Littleton, Colorado, brings a former Parade of Homes house into the modern age. This project consists of a full kitchen remodel, a family room remodel, a brand new powder room, a new large pantry, and a dream mudroom with two entrances, one from the garage and the other from the front door. This is another remodel designed by our friends at Denver Design Group.
This new kitchen is a dream for those who love cooking and entertaining and features two oversized custom islands with waterfall edges and vaulted ceilings to die for. We love, love, LOVE this kitchen! Check it out!

Sightlines For Days
We absolutely loved this kitchen remodel in Lakewood, Colorado! Functionality was key with this kitchen renovation so our team focused on creating sightlines and angles that made sense for the space. We included a large island, open shelving, more cabinet storage and countertop space, new appliances including a grand refrigerator/freezer, and a more open concept kitchen. Check it out!
